These Terms govern your use of wolffunded.com and the evaluation programmes offered by Wolf Funded ("Wolf Funded", "we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a challenge you agree to them.
1.Definitions
- Challenge: a paid evaluation in which you trade a simulated account under the rules of a Programme.
- Programme: one of the evaluation models we offer — 2-Step Challenge, 1-Step Challenge, 2-Step Flex Challenge.
- Evaluation Account: the simulated account you trade during a Challenge.
- Funded Account: the simulated account issued after you pass a Challenge and complete verification.
- Performance Reward (payout): an amount we pay you, from our own funds, based on simulated results on a Funded Account.
- Rules: the trading rules published on our Trading Rules page and in these Terms.
2.Nature of the service
Wolf Funded provides trader evaluation and education services. All accounts are simulated: you do not trade real financial instruments, no real capital is at risk, and we do not route orders to a live market on your behalf.
Wolf Funded is not a broker, investment firm or bank. We do not accept deposits, hold client funds, manage investments or give investment advice. Fees you pay are for access to evaluation services and are not deposits or investments.
3.Eligibility & registration
To use our services you must:
- be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
- provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date;
- not be a resident or citizen of a sanctioned jurisdiction, including Iran, North Korea, Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Syria, Sudan, or any country sanctioned by the UN, EU, UK or US (OFAC);
- not be subject to bankruptcy proceedings or involved in fraud;
- use our services only where doing so is lawful in your country of residence.
Each account belongs to one person and may only be traded by that person. Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first payout; we may request it earlier.
4.Purchases & account delivery
After a successful payment we email your platform login details. Delivery is normally immediate and always within 24 hours.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include all fees we charge. Your bank or payment provider may add its own charges.
5.Programmes & targets
Accounts are available from $10,000 to $200,000. Combined funded capital per person is limited to $400,000.
- 2-Step Challenge: profit target 8% then 5%, daily drawdown 5%, overall drawdown 10%, minimum 5 trading days, no time limit.
- 1-Step Challenge: profit target 10%, daily drawdown 4%, overall drawdown 8%, minimum 5 trading days, no time limit.
- 2-Step Flex Challenge: profit target 8% then 5%, daily drawdown 5%, overall drawdown 10%, minimum 5 trading days, no time limit.

6.Trading rules & breaches
Daily drawdown is measured against equity at the daily reset (22:00 UTC); overall drawdown is fixed from the starting balance. A stop loss is required within 3 minutes of opening every position. Trading is not permitted within 10 minutes of high-impact news, and positions must be closed over the weekend except on 2-Step Flex.
The following close an account immediately: daily drawdown, overall drawdown, account sharing, prohibited strategies. For other rules (stop loss, minimum trade duration, stacking, weekend holding, news window, risk per pair (funded)) you receive 1 written warning per account; a further violation closes the account.
An account with no trading activity for 30 consecutive days becomes inactive and may be closed.
7.Prohibited conduct
You must trade fairly and in good faith. The following are prohibited:
- high-frequency trading, latency or tick arbitrage, and exploiting pricing, data-feed or platform errors;
- hedging or opposite positions across your own accounts or with other traders;
- copy trading or trade mirroring across accounts owned by different people;
- account sharing, account management by third parties, or trading another person's account;
- any strategy whose purpose is to exploit the simulated environment rather than to trade the market.
We may suspend accounts, refuse payouts, remove profits made through prohibited conduct, and permanently ban users who engage in it.
8.Performance rewards (payouts)
On a Funded Account you may request a Performance Reward of 80% of net simulated profit every 14 days, once all conditions are met:
- at least 1% profit (this is also the minimum payout; there is no maximum);
- 10 active trading days, 5 trading days and 3 profitable trading days;
- no single trading day above 35% of total profit;
- no open rule violations, and completed identity verification.
Every request is reviewed before payment. Approved payouts are sent within 24 hours by bank / wire transfer or crypto (usdt, btc, eth). You are responsible for any taxes due on payouts in your country.
9.Expert Advisors
Automated strategies (EAs) may be used on Evaluation Accounts if they comply with every rule. Funded Accounts must be traded manually.
10.Fees & refunds
Challenge fees are payments for evaluation services. They are non-refundable once your account login has been delivered.
If we fail to deliver your login within 24 hours of a successful payment, you may request a full refund.
Consumers in the EU, UK and other regions may have statutory rights that these Terms do not limit. Contact support@wolffunded.com if you believe they apply.
11.Affiliate programme
Approved affiliates earn 10% commission on challenge purchases by referred traders, subject to a 30-day referral window, a 14-day hold and a $50 minimum payout. Commission on refunded or charged-back purchases is reversed. Self-referrals and misleading promotion are not permitted.
12.Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close an account, without prior notice, if these Terms or the Rules are breached, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time.
13.Intellectual property
The Wolf Funded name, logo, website, software and content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell or create derivative works from them without written permission.
14.Risk disclaimer
All trading at Wolf Funded takes place on simulated accounts; no real capital is traded and no live market orders are placed on your behalf. Wolf Funded is not a broker, does not hold client funds and does not provide investment advice. Payouts are performance rewards paid under our Terms. Trading involves risk and past performance does not guarantee future results.

15.Limitation of liability
Our services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for platform downtime, data-feed errors or technical limitations, or for decisions you make based on simulated results. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
16.Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
17.Changes
We may update these Terms and the Rules. Material changes are announced on our website and by email, and apply from the date stated. Changes do not affect a Challenge already in progress unless required by law or to prevent abuse.
18.Governing law
Governing law and the competent courts will be stated here once our operating company is registered.
If any provision is held invalid, the rest of these Terms remains in force. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about our services.
